Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and improve the app, including:
- Apple Sign In and account information: your Apple user identifier and email address, which may be an Apple Private Relay email address.
- App information: Firebase Authentication account information, coin balance, favorites, and purchase records.
- Diagnostics: analytics events and crash diagnostics.
We do not collect payment card information, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or precise location.
How information is collected
Information is collected when you sign in with Apple, use the app, purchase consumable coins, watch rewarded advertisements, save favorites, or interact with app features.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, synchronize coins and favorites, restore purchases where applicable, improve app performance, provide customer support, detect fraud and security issues, analyze app usage, and comply with legal obligations.
Local and cloud storage
The app stores certain information locally for performance and offline access. Account data, including coins, favorites, and purchase-related records, is synchronized with Firebase Firestore.
In-app purchases
Consumable coins are sold through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple exclusively processes payments. We never receive or store your debit card, credit card, or banking information. Eligible purchases can be restored from within the app.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from within the app. Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and associated Firestore data, including favorites, coins, and user-related purchase records. Transactional records may be retained only where legally required.
Advertising and third-party services
Advertising
The app displays Google AdMob Rewarded Ads. We do not use advertising retargeting or Facebook Pixel.
Services we use
Apple Sign In, Apple App Store, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob each process information according to their own privacy policies. Firebase Analytics helps us understand app usage, while Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and address stability issues.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information. California residents may exercise applicable CCPA rights. European users may exercise GDPR rights.
Children's privacy
AI Prompt Dictionary is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security, retention, and transfers

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect your information. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
